Welcome to the Lake Region Sailing Club 2011
The purpose of Lake Region Sailing Club is to provide an opportunity for anyone interested in sailboat racing to have a chance to race in a fun environment. We have had sailors of all levels, from beginners to one who participated in the Sunfish Worlds.
We are located in the Lakes Region of Maine with races primarily on Long Lake. Weekly Tuesday evening races start at 5:30 pm with the starting line located just off shore of Lakeside Pines Campground. For Saturday afternoon races a Skipper's meeting is held in Harrison at the Gazebo to outline the race. Saturday race start times vary, check this website for details as the date nears.
